Hello I'm Ray and welcome to AAH Manchester West.

Animals have always been an important part of my life and am currently lodging with two ginger Toms (cat owners will understand) Stuart and Gregory. In the past however as well as cats, I have had dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, Hampsters, fish, tortoises and birds (50 budgies at one time). So as you can see, most of the usual suspects and what that experience has taught me is how much they add to the quality of our lives.

With regard to my working life, I was once a trainee RSPCA inspector and have seen the not so pleasant side of things, however for the past 20 years occupied a senior management position in the Motor Finance Industry. Throughout that time, I never lost my love of animals and when the opportunity came up to return to animal care, I jumped at it.

I have just completed an animal welfare course at a leading veterinary hospital which gave me a useful knowledge of general animal welfare, and included the care of diabetic pets. I have also taken a course in dog/cat nutrition.

I am Criminal Records Bureau checked and fully insured, I promise to give you and your pet a totally committed service tailored to your specific needs, the result being, and peace of mind.
